Scott Macpherson, President of TrainingPort.net, has been a pilot and manager in corporate aviation for over 20 years and currently flies a Falcon 900.  Mr. Macpherson led his flight department to receive IBAC's first IS-BAO certificate.  As a corporate Aviation Manager and Chief Pilot, he saw the need for a single source for all the pilot recurrent safety training elements common in best practices standards such as the IS-BAO and required by regulators and underwriters.

Anita Barker, Business Process Analyst for TrainingPort, brings an extensive corporate background to the development and continuous improvement of TrainingPort's internal and customer service processes.

Nik Chapman, TrainingPort's Content Manager, flies for a small airline and has held various aircraft charter management roles such as Chief Pilot and Operations Manager.  Mr. Chapman is a published technical writer and editor, and has completed the courses leading toward ISO Lead Auditor status.

Heather Fawcett, Technical Writer for TrainingPort, combines her knowledge of learning styles and processes with her strong writing skills to edit and enhance our content. She has a Master’s degree in English and over four years of experience in the fields of education and business communications.

Mike Lai, TrainingPort's Graphics Production Coordinator, works to continuously improve our content and site presentation.  Mr. Lai has a Design Essentials Management Certificate in Graphic Design and a Bachelor of Arts in English Literature.

Nadia Cealbas, TrainingPort’s Motion Graphic Designer, has over eight years of experience working with computers, particularly in the field of web and graphic design. She has a diploma in Animation Art and Design and contributes her technical skills and creativity to TrainingPort’s visual content.
