Providing online training for business aviation professionals globally.

Canadian operators (corporate/private or commercial operators) have asked what is required of them related to training in Health and Safety topics.
To summarize:
CLC Section 124 says that:
“Every employer shall ensure that the health and safety at work of every person employed by the employer is protected.”
Section 125(1) says that:
“Without restricting the generality of Section 124, every employer shall, in respect of every work place controlled by the employer and, in respect of every work activity carried out by an employee in a work place that is not controlled by the employer, to the extent that the employer controls the activity,” provide in the prescribed manner [topic specific], each employee with the information, instruction, training and supervision necessary to ensure their health and safety at work.
The COHSR and AOSHR follow the CLC requirements and specify training elements for specific activities and equipment.
There is no definition of training periodicity imposed by the CLC, COHSR, or AOSHR. The OHS regulations for many topics require that training records be maintained for a period of time (varying from 2 to 10 years), but this is not specifically related to topic training periodicity. Our records do not disappear, so we meet this need for you.
For topics that apply to you, we recommend a two year periodicity for simplicity, but we can easily adjust to your desired periodicities.
