TrainingPort.net Gives Clients Free Solution to New HazCom Regulation

Occupational Health and Safety | November 21, 2013

Author: TrainingPort.net staff

TrainingPort.net is now offering our newly updated Hazard Communication topic to all of our US trainees at no extra charge, as part of our unceasing effort to add value for our clients.

Normally, Hazard Communication is only available to those clients who have added our Occupational Health and Safety training—$495 per year as an additional program. However, unlike other companies currently offering Hazard Communication training for a fee, TrainingPort.net has chosen to provide clients with a simple, no-cost solution to the new Occupational Health and Safety Administration (OSHA) regulation requiring HazCom by December 1. The regulation applies to all flight department personnel, including pilots, maintenance technicians, and flight attendants. For more information on the requirement, visit www.osha.gov/dsg/hazcom.

An important feature of the TrainingPort.net “solution” is that we guarantee currency for our clients and keep them in compliance with all applicable regulations. Thus, existing trainees will have this topic added into their programs on November 26. If you wish to opt out, please contact us before this date. For clients who need to meet the new requirement, no action is necessary—as always, we will ensure that you are in compliance.

TrainingPort.net issues a bimonthly newsletter and posts regularly to our blog and social media platforms, where we keep our clients abreast of important offers and announcements such as this. Follow the links below to stay up to date.
