We understand that the key to successful training is to keep the trainees engaged, which is why we’ve developed a training philosophy that delivers concise, 15-minute lessons delivered in a progressive recurrent format throughout the year.
Our unique approach means that trainees are never overloaded with lengthy, 2-3+ hour training sessions. Instead, they’re asked to complete just a few 15-minute lessons per month, ensuring that they stay engaged and remain in a state of continuous improvement. The progressive recurrent format also means that trainees constantly stay up to date with best practices, rather than completing long training sessions on a topic once every 12 or 24 months.
We’re always striving for training excellence, which is why we’ve recently released a fresh new training platform – our own Learning Management System (LMS) developed 100% in-house. Our LMS has been designed with three key end-user concepts in mind: it has to be simple, scalable, and manageable.
We’re proud to say that we’ve succeeded in delivering an LMS that solves training problems for single trainee operators, multi-base operators with hundreds of trainees, and everything in-between. Our LMS is intuitive, easy to use, and packed with features that make both training and training management a breeze.
